Lilly Vernor

Lilly plays the central role in building and enhancing Ensemble VC’s internal products, including Unity, our proprietary platform designed to provide holistic company profiles through growth signals, network analysis, and visualized insights. She collaborates with both existing and prospective portfolio companies to develop value-add products, leveraging data to optimize their operations and decision-making processes.

Before joining Ensemble VC, Lilly earned her master’s degree in Statistics & Data Science from the University of Houston, where she graduated magna cum laude. While interning at Pfizer, she worked on critical data models to support the company’s COVID-19 efforts, including tools for identifying clinical trial diversity and forecasting patient outcomes.

Lilly earned her undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She honed her technical skills through her undergraduate honors thesis, which applied integral metrics to classify car trajectories. As a student, she tutored TCU athletes in mathematics and computer science courses.

Born in San Antonio and raised in Seattle, Lilly now resides in Houston with her black Labrador, Beaux. In her free time, she enjoys exploring hiking trails and keeping up with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
