Nicole Stump
Nicole Stump is Ensemble VC's Executive Assistant, leading the back-office organizational systems that feed Ensemble's Unity data platform. In that capacity, Nicole acts as the liaison between Ensemble and our thought-partners across venture capital investors, limited partners, and founders. Nicole's efforts ensure the Ensemble team is equipped to work at peak efficiency while maintaining Ensemble’s high standards of collaboration and impact.
Nicole’s professional journey spans education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. She earned a Master’s in Education from the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on driving real-world impact through stronger engagement. Her career has included teaching high school English at a Title I school, consulting for nonprofits, and leading civic initiatives like the League of Women Voters’ “First Vote!” program, encouraging voter participation among young adults.
A native West Virginian, Nicole grew up in a small town and now calls Austin, TX home. Outside of work, Nicole explores the outdoors, leads several book clubs, and fosters communities of all sizes, with children and a lively flock of chickens in tow.
Nicole repurposes her children’s discarded school papers and artwork, transforming what would have been recycled into beautifully crafted handmade paper.
